BEAUTIFUL BEACH FRONT HOUSE AND APARTMENTS

 

Well after you have done all that planning and here you are at Sunset Casa. But what is there to do?  Well there is as much or as little as you feel like.

SURRONDING TOWNS  - south

Rincon de Guayabitos               Right next door to La Penita is the charming tourist destination of Rincon de Guayabitos or as it is called Rincon or Guayabitos by many people.  Here is a great beach for walking and many really fabulous restaurants.  Also many cute shops that sell clothing, jewellery, t-shirts , hats and all sorts of artesian ( crafts)

 

Los Ayala                                             The third little town is connect closely connected to Guayabitos.  It is a very sleepy little town and does not have many shops but does have a lovely beach and a few restaurants.

 

Lo de Marcos                                     South of  Los Ayala about 20 km. you will find this charming town.  The town is located just of the highway but the beach area is about a kilometer in. Again a nice beach and a few good restaurants.

 

San Francisco                                  Or San Poncho as it is called by the locals.  Poncho is the short form name for Francisco. An up beat little town about 15 KM south of Lo de Marcos.  The restaurants are very good and they even have a polo club that has matches on Saturday evenings around 5:00.

 

Sayulita                                                 About 12 KM south of San Poncho you will encounter the small but booming town of Sayulita.  This is the surfer hangout.  Although the beach is very small it is an interesting kind of Bohemian town and a hang out for a lot of Californians.

 

Bucceries                                             About 12 KM south of Sayulita and on your way to Puerto Vallarta is Buccesies.  This is a bustling town with a nice beach area.

 

Nuevo Vallarta                                Located just south of Bucerrias you will find this tourist destination.  Mostly filled with big end hotels and not at all Mexican.

 

Puerto Vallarta                               A big city that thrives on tourism.  Here you will find super stores, the airport and the cruise ship terminal right across from Wal-Mart and Sams club.
